To deepen corporate refined management, SANBEN Chemical held its Lean Management Project Launch Conference on April 24, 2026, at the Guangdong Nanxiong Production Base. The event aimed to drive production efficiency and quality upgrading with lean thinking, and create greater value for customers.
Chairman Xie Benhong of SANBEN Group led the management team, promotion leaders of all departments, staff of the Nanxiong Base, and the 3A Consulting professional consultant team to attend. They officially sounded the clarion call for lean transformation.

01 Consensus Building & Embarking on a New Journey

The launch conference had a compact agenda and clear objectives. It fully conveyed the company’s firm determination to implement lean management.First, the host introduced the attending leaders and guests. The host also elaborated on the project background, promotion organization and implementation plan. The strategic significance of lean management for the enterprise’s high-quality development was clearly pointed out.
Next, Mr. Gong Tao, consultant from 3A Consulting, explained the core concept of lean management. He emphasized that lean management is a philosophy of continuous improvement. He stated that the practical system of “Three Guidelines and Nine Objectives of Lean” would be applied. This system will fully support project implementation and maximize value.

During the conference, Chairman Xie presented letters of appointment to the 3A consultant team. The cooperative relationship between the two parties was officially established.

Then, the company held a licensing ceremony for demonstration areas. All department promotion teams took turns to show their high spirit of full participation and active improvement. Employee representative Zhang Shaotao delivered a speech. On behalf of all staff, he promised to practice the lean concept with active actions and take the initiative in improvement work.

02 Responsibility Consolidation & Full Participation

General Manager Xiang of the Nanxiong Factory delivered a speech on behalf of the production base. He stated that the factory, as the main battlefield for lean management implementation, would strictly follow the group’s strategic requirements.

It will focus on four key links: production, equipment, quality and safety. The factory will promote improvements precisely. It will also establish a long-term mechanism through clear responsibilities, enhanced incentives and continuous improvement. Taking lean management as the starting point, the factory strives for qualitative leaps in cost, quality, delivery and safety management.

Chairman Xie delivered an important speech and announced the official launch of the lean management project. He pointed out that lean management is SANBEN Chemical’s foundation for survival, root for development and path to prosperity. It is a must for addressing industry challenges and achieving high-quality development.

He emphasized that the company will fully cooperate with 3A Consulting’s professional guidance. It will focus on five goals: safety, efficiency, cost, quality and on-site management.

The company will promote effective implementation with leadership taking the lead, full participation, close attention to the site and perseverance. This will lay a solid foundation for safer reliability, higher efficiency, more controllable costs, first-class quality and stronger development.

At the end of the conference, all participants recited the Ten Principles of Lean Improvement together, gathering the strength of all staff with unified conceptual consensus. Leaders, guests and employee representatives took a group photo with signatures, and the launch conference came to a successful end in a solemn and warm atmosphere.

After the meeting, all members of the Lean Promotion Committee and Promotion Office visited the lean improvement demonstration areas of the factory, observed the on-site management achievements on the spot, drawing experience and anchoring the direction for the subsequent global lean improvement work.
